Charges
We apply a standard delivery charge of €5.00/ £3.45 / $6.80 on all orders, weighing under 2KG.
Orders that weigh more than 2KG will be shipped at cost, subject to your prior consent. (Most orders weigh less than 2KG.)
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt but occasionally a product may be temporarily out of stock. In this case we will advise by either telephone or email of any possible delay and await your instructions.
Estimated* delivery times are as follows:
United Kingdom and Ireland: 2-4 days from dispatch.
Rest of Europe: 4-6 days from dispatch
USA and Rest of World: 6-10 days from dispatch
* These are estimated times only and sometimes delivery may take a little longer.
